Who we are

This site is operated by Sunset Coast Partners, LLC, headquartered in San Diego, California, together with its affiliates Sunset Coast Capital and Sunset Coast Advisors. Questions about this policy go to jed@sunsetcoastpartners.com.

What the assessments collect

The four assessments run in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us and not stored anywhere until you choose to unlock the detailed analysis by entering your email. If you do, we receive your name, company, email, the inputs you entered, and the result shown to you. We keep that record to reply to you and to understand how the tools are used.

What the contact form and claim form collect

Your name, company, email, message, the reason you selected, and, on the GovCon IQ claim form, your role and UEI. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in access-controlled storage on Vercel and delivered to us by email. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing. We do not run a newsletter from these forms; if we ever start one, you will be asked first.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and, when enabled, Google Analytics 4 in a configuration that anonymizes IP addresses and denies advertising storage. We record which pages are viewed and which steps of an assessment are completed, without the figures you entered. You can block these with any standard tracker blocker and the site works the same.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Analytics may set first-party identifiers as described above.

Your rights

Email jed@sunsetcoastpartners.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within thirty days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, and we honor them on request without a form.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
