Sunset Coast Advisors provides retainer-based advisory to government contracting businesses. cloudcorps is the technology arm of Sunset Coast Partners; it is not a C3PAO and does not certify.

Advisory

Sunset Coast Advisors is retainer-based. No success fees. Not a broker-dealer. Advisory engagements are governed by a written agreement with a defined scope and fee. Sunset Coast Advisors does not receive compensation contingent on the closing of a transaction.

Wealth management

Sunset Coast's wealth practice provides planning, education, and coordination alongside your CPA and attorney. Sunset Coast Partners, LLC does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any registered investment advisory services, if and when offered, will be provided only under the applicable registration and disclosed here.

Private equity

Sunset Coast Capital acquires companies on its own account and with co-investors on a transaction-by-transaction basis. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any such offer would be made only through definitive offering documents to qualified investors.

Conflicts

Sunset Coast Partners entities invest in the government services market. Where an advisory client or an assessment user is also a potential acquisition target, that interest is disclosed at the outset of any conversation, and advisory work and investment work are conducted by separate agreement.

Assessments and published numbers

The assessments on this site produce indicative, educational results and are not appraisals, valuations, tax computations, or advice. Pages that carry numbers are versioned and state their sources; attributed figures are labeled as such until Sunset Coast publishes an owned figure with its methodology.
